Reporting Associate

Job Summary
Reporting Associate will fulfil internal and external reporting requests. The role involves staying abreast of operational developments, preparing briefing notes and reports, consolidating data for periodic reports (including Sitreps and Fact Sheets), liaising with internal/external partners, collaborating with Information Management for accurate data presentation, developing funding submissions and donor reports, consolidating inputs for donor reports, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and supporting risk management and decision-making within the assigned area. The position supports the WB-UNHCR Joint Data Center on Forced Displacement in Copenhagen, Denmark, and requires experience with budgeting, reporting, and communications within UNHCR contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications Years of Experience / Degree Level: For G6 - 3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher
- Certificates and/or Licenses: International Law; *Post-Sec Training Certificat.; Journalism; (Certificates and Licenses marked with an asterisk* are essential)
- Desired Candidate Profile: Strong experience with administrative and resource management related reporting; data management; project/programme management skills; collaboration; budget planning and reporting processes; English and UN working language proficiency.
