Reporting Associate

Job Summary
Reporting Associate will fulfil internal and external reporting requests, assist in consolidating data and preparing periodic reports (including SitReps and Fact Sheets), liaise with internal and external partners such as Donors, UN Agencies and Implementing/Operational partners, and support funding submissions and donor reporting. The role involves ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, supporting risk identification and management, and providing inputs for budget planning and financial reporting. The position requires English proficiency and relevant UNHCR experience or qualifications, with strong office administration, data management, and coordination skills. The assignment is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, at the World Bank-UNHCR Joint Data Center on Forced Displacement context, with responsibilities spanning data preparation, reporting, and communication within and outside UNHCR.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher
- Essential and desirable qualifications as stated in the posting
- Fluency in English as well as working language of another relevant UN language is required
- Computer programs skills (MS Office, Cloud ERP, Workday)
- Experience with fact finding, consolidation of information for briefing notes and periodic reports
- Strong experience with administrative and resource management related reporting
- Experience with UNHCR budget planning and reporting processes
- Solid project/programme management skills and ability to collaborate in a team
