Reporting and Insights Specialist

Reporting and Insights Specialist will turn complex student data into actionable insights to strengthen equity support and inform service improvements for diverse learners within the University of Melbourne. You will design and maintain data-handling procedures, develop reporting mechanisms across Student Equity and Disability Services (SEDS) and related programs, integrate data from multiple activities for streamlined collection, curation, analysis and evaluation, produce clear reports and insights to monitor service performance, and identify opportunities for innovative solutions to improve student outcomes. The role requires a relevant degree with experience in data, evaluation or related analytics, ability to analyse large data sets and guide stakeholders in interpreting results for decision-making, strong written and verbal communication, and ongoing knowledge of disability, mental health, educational adjustments and assistive technologies. The position is a full-time fixed-term in Parkville, Victoria, Australia, with an emphasis on evidence-based decision-making and collaboration within a values-driven team.
