Reporting and Data Analyst (Maternity cover)

Job Summary
Gather and translate business requirements into reporting solutions across Access Management, Engineering, Service Delivery, and Finance. Analyse data and develop reports using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, and Excel to support operational decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver shared outcomes and drive improvements through automation and enhanced reporting processes. Manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines with strong attention to detail while continuously building knowledge of GTT systems and customer requirements. This fixed-term maternity cover role in Sofia, Bulgaria, supports the COO Reporting & Data Analytics team within a global networking and security provider.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence
- Strong Excel and SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM/ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce)
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks and ICT industry fundamentals
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with complex datasets
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in telecoms or IT environments
- Knowledge of SAP Business Objects
- Understanding of database systems (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
- Exposure to network technologies or TCP/IP concepts
