Reporting and Analytics Lead

Job Summary
Own client-facing reporting deliverables, including performance-guarantee reporting, ROI narratives, and recurring business reviews. Present directly to clients, walking through results, defending methodology, and building trust with benefits leaders and health plan contacts. Partner with Client Success and Sales to shape data communication during renewals and escalations. Serve as lead analyst on reporting workstreams, maintaining standardized metric definitions and data governance practices. Build and maintain data models using dbt within Snowflake, write advanced SQL queries, and design dashboards to support analytics workflows. Ensure consistency across internal and external reporting, including regulatory and compliance outputs. Support reporting automation and workflow improvements in partnership with engineering. Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready narratives for executive and board-level stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or healthcare data roles
- Track record owning client-facing reporting or analytics deliverables
- ideally at a digital health, point-solution, or healthcare vendor company serving self-funded employers or health plans
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- hands-on experience in Snowflake and dbt data environments
- Experience presenting to and building credibility with client stakeholders (benefits leaders, health plan contacts) and internal executive audiences
- Experience supporting performance-guarantee or value-based outcome reporting
- translating outcomes into a clear client narrative
- Familiarity with healthcare data (clinical, claims, patient operations, or revenue cycle)
- Strong communication skills
- comfort working cross-functionally with data engineering, clinical operations, client success, and sales
- Ability to manage multiple reporting workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment
