Job Summary
Reporting and Controlling Specialist responsible for data consolidation, financial performance analysis, and budgeting to ensure profitability. Location-based duties include consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS or local standards for the Cinisello Balsamo and Turin sites, with responsibilities spanning budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, data automation using ERP and BI tools, and audit support. Requires collaboration with department heads, strong Excel/SAP skills, experience in consolidation and data visualization, and clear communication of financial results in English. Position offers a hybrid work arrangement with two Italian locations and a salary in the €40k–€50k range (converted to USD as an annualized equivalent). Ready to contribute to financial planning and internal controls across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- experience with SAP
- familiarity with consolidation or data visualization software
- strong analytical capabilities for financial modeling and identifying trends
- ability to present complex financial results to management and board members (English knowledge required)
