Job Summary
Build, monitor, and analyze business KPIs and performance dashboards while preparing recurring and ad hoc reports based on stakeholder needs. Transform data into actionable insights by identifying trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across recruitment, onboarding, training, and operational activities. Contribute to the budgeting process through monthly follow-up and cost estimations, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver relevant insights that support operational performance and business decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Data Analysis or a similar analytical role
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting and performance analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Curiosity and autonomy, with the ability to investigate data and understand the story behind the numbers
- Good understanding of financial concepts, cost analysis and business performance indicators
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good English communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Advanced Excel
- Experience working with large datasets and reporting environments
