Job Summary
Reporting Analyst on the Customer Success team responsible for designing, delivering, and presenting automated Power BI reports to measure KPIs and drive client satisfaction and operational performance. You will map customer reporting needs to existing reports and systems, develop scalable Power BI dashboards using DAX, support data queries in Redshift, track and define metrics, generate ad-hoc and standard reports post-launch, and collaborate with Data Engineering, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to support data models and knowledge transfer. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Management Engineering / Applied Mathematics / Statistics / Finance / Business / Planning or related discipline, 2+ years in data or customer success analytics, expert Power BI proficiency, and experience with Redshift and DAX. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential. Location: Waterloo Region, Ontario (in-office minimum 3 days/week).
