Job Summary
Manage operational processes and systems change while ensuring stability of operational reporting throughout systems transformation. Maintain and expand Group Operations KPI reporting, own data reporting issues through resolution, and partner across various departments to monitor and remediate data quality issues. Represent Operations in all systems transformation efforts and IT delivery, including requirements, testing, and operational roll-out. Deliver production reporting data sets to support the connected Accelerant organization, support regulatory compliance reporting, and perform reconciliations to enhance monitoring controls. This fully remote role supports continuous improvement of premium and claim production processes, requiring proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Data analysis experience using EXCEL, SQL, and Data Bricks
- Technical reporting tools using Power BI or equivalent
- 3 + years experience working with large datasets in Operations, IT, or project roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environment and flexibility dealing with significant operational change
- Able to take direction and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills around highly technical items

Desired Qualifications
- 3 + years insurance, reinsurance, or financial services experience preferred
- Project management/Business Analyst/Data Analyst experience preferred
- MIS/CIS, Business, or similar preferred
