Job Summary
Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives by owning Costing Books and managing Residential and Commercial price guides. Leverage Power BI to create production reporting while working with stakeholders to document data needs and establish connections between sources. Build consistent costing methodologies for material, labor, and freight, then surface margin performance trends tied to mix shifts and volume commitments. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to research root causes, correct master data, and document solutions that maintain department KPIs. Full-time, in-office hours from 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience writing SQL
- Proficiency in PowerBI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- A problem-solving, analytical mindset
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive data
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams and cultures
- A collaborative, service-minded approach to work
- Must be available for full-time, in-office hours from 8:00-5:00 Monday to Friday
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
