Job Summary
Reporting Analyst responsible for real-time reporting and diagnosing trends in key performance metrics; generate weekly/daily KPI reports; ensure employee data accuracy; collaborate with Operational Leaders and Program Leadership; requires leadership experience, strong MS Excel/Google Docs skills, proficiency with formulas/pivot tables, data accuracy, and adaptability to learn software (including Javascript). Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in leadership and working in a supervisory role
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Google Docs
- Proficiency with formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy
- Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs (such as Javascript)
