Job Summary
Conduct real-time reporting and diagnose trends in key performance metrics by generating weekly and daily KPI reports. Maintain current and accurate employee data for assigned programs while partnering with Operational and Program Leaders. Leverage advanced Excel and Google Docs proficiency to enter data with high accuracy, applying strong problem-solving skills to analyze performance. Requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This role supports IntouchCX's mission to transform customer care through trusted long-term partnerships and AI services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in leadership and working in a supervisory role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Google Docs
- Proficiency with formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed
Desired Qualifications
- Adaptability to learn a variety of software programs (such as Javascript)
