Job Summary
Reporting Analyst (3rd Shift) responsible for metric reporting, billing, and day-to-day operational reporting. Core duties include completing client reporting based on service-line agreements, handling ad hoc reporting requests, creating and maintaining billing templates, developing a monthly billing reconciliation audit process, and providing consultative information to client services teams on reporting workflows. Requires associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred), 1+ year in a business/office environment, Advanced MS Excel, and experience with SQL, VBA/macros, and PowerQuery. Position is Hybrid (Megatower, Mandaluyong) with a 3rd shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business or office environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with SQL, Macros (VBA) and PowerQuery preferred
- Strong proficiency in client/stakeholder communication and reporting
