Repo Agent / Tow Truck Driver

Repossession and tow-truck role based in Erie, PA. Responsibilities include identifying and locating vehicles for repossession, safely repossessing and transporting to storage, documenting conditions with photographs and written reports, and ensuring compliance with city/state laws and company policies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to obtain a DOT card, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work day/night/overnight shifts; strong emphasis on safety and independent work. Shift is Monday–Friday, 4 a.m.–12 p.m. Compensation range is $40,000–$80,000 per year with competitive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, paid training, and opportunities for growth.
