Job Summary
The Grocery Clerk (Replenishment Teammate, Part-Time) supports store operations by replenishing stock, receiving and merchandising inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include following Food Safety Protocols and SOPs, stocking shelves, processing department orders and shrink, maintaining a clean and presentable work area, actively promoting featured products to increase store sales, assisting with back-room and floor maintenance, preparing customer orders, and participating in training junior staff. Key skills include independent work capability in a fast-paced retail setting, effective communication, physical stamina to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods, and a commitment to safety and accuracy in inventory control and customer service.
