Job Summary
Replenishment Team Member at Fleet Farm responsible for down stocking and properly locating merchandise in the backroom and capstock, fulfilling generated pick lists from merchandise scans, returning warehouse carts and restoring work areas by shift end, and notifying Team Leads or Management about out-of-stock or fast-selling merchandise. The role also involves promoting Fleet Farm customer loyalty programs and other company initiatives. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule and operate forklift or other material handling devices; lifting up to 50 lbs; and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
