Replenishment Team Lead

Job Summary
Conduct systematic merchandise replenishment by moving stock from capstock and the backroom to sales floor shelves based on high customer demand. Train and supervise the Replenishment Team while planning daily activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring all merchandise is processed by end of shift. Fulfill generated pick lists from scans, properly bin extra product in capstock and backstock, and maintain a clean, organized receiving area. Notify management regarding out-of-stock or fast-selling items and collaborate with the Logistics Manager to implement process improvements. Assist the Logistics and Yard Team as needed, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. Includes early mornings, weekends and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail logistics or general warehouse/logistics experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships in an environment of fast change
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively, implement solutions, multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
