Replenishment Team Lead

Systematically work merchandise from capstock and the backroom to the sales floor shelves, prioritizing stock based on high customer demand. Train and supervise the Replenishment Team while planning daily activities and assigning tasks to ensure down stocking of all product. Fulfill generated pick lists from merchandise scans and ensure all extra product is properly located in bins within capstock and backstock. Direct and motivate diverse team members, including full-time and part-time members, while collaborating with the Logistics Manager to implement process improvements. Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and return all warehouse carts by end of shift. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
