Job Summary
Replenishment Operator responsible for maintaining stock levels across the warehouse, replenishing picking locations, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory, while safely operating forklifts and related equipment. Uses WMS and RF scanners to track movements, applies FIFO/FEFO rotation, collaborates with pickers/packers, and reports discrepancies, unsafe conditions, and stock shortages to supervisors; supports timely order fulfillment and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse replenishment or inventory operations
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs frequently
- Basic math and inventory analysis skills
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Equipment operation experience (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) preferred
