Replenishment

Maintain a high standard of store appearance and cleanliness, including cleaning assigned areas, dusting, mopping, trash disposal, and replenishment needs. Provide fast, friendly customer service, assist shoppers, participate in Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS), and engage customers about rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards. Conduct cash handling to standards and support check-out experiences. Perform duties such as stocking, truck un-load, and following planograms (POGs), assist with safety and shrink programs, and adhere to SOPs and company policies. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting/moving heavy boxes, with some outdoor work and any needed accommodations. The role includes potential involvement with frame shop operations and customer care communications; must comply with federal, state, and local laws and be at least 16 years old.
