Job Summary
Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance; plan for a well merchandised and in-stock store; assist customers and deliver friendly service. Major Activities include SOP/compliance, truck operations, planogram execution (POG) and AD sets, shrink and safety programs, and being the Manager on Duty. Participate in interviewing, coaching, onboarding, and performance management; train and develop team; foster a positive, respectful store culture. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; support Omni-channel processes and merchandise presentation to meet KPI targets and store goals.
