Replenishment Manager

Lead and support inventory management, merchandizing standards, and store presentation to ensure in-stock availability and customer-ready displays. Manage truck processes, support planogram and AD set execution, shrink and safety programs, and act as Manager on Duty. Conduct interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for team members; participate in Talent Development activities and uphold leadership competencies. Ensure omnichannel processes, customer service, and cross-training across roles to maintain high store standards and KPI attainment. Foster a positive, respectful environment and model Michaels’ values while supporting store operations and visual merchandising.
