Job Summary
Lead and support inventory management and merchandising for a store location (Turlock, CA). Assist in enforcing SOPs, manage truck processes, execute planograms/AD sets, monitor shrink and safety programs, and serve as Manager on Duty. Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in locating products. Cross-train in cross-framing sales and production; support omni-channel processes; maintain seasonal displays and visual merchandising standards; ensure in-stock conditions and store conditions meet company standards; handle performance management activities and provide leadership to the team.
Required Qualifications
- Retail merchandising experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Experience with planogram and AD set processes
- Knowledge of SOPs and company programs
- Ability to manage truck processes and meet KPIs
- Ability to maintain merchandising standards and in-stock conditions
- Ability to interview and onboard new team members
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Physical ability to lift heavy boxes and climb ladders
