Replenishment Manager

Replenishment Manager responsible for leading inventory management and merchandising standards, maintaining well-merchandised and in-stock stores, executing planograms and AD sets, managing truck processes, and driving KPIs. Role includes SOP adherence, shrink and safety program execution, being Manager on Duty (MOD), coaching and developing team members, assisting with interviewing and onboarding, and participating in performance management. Also cross-trained in Omni-channel processes and, in-store, coordinating with the frame shop and custom framing offerings where applicable; focuses on delivering friendly customer service and maintaining visual merchandising standards while upholding Michaels’ values and commitments to inclusion.
