Job Summary
Lead and support replenishment, inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintenance for a store. Drive planogram (POG) execution, AD set processes, shrink and safety programs, and adherence to SOPs and company policies. Serve as Manager on Duty, mentor and develop team members, participate in talent development and performance management, and deliver friendly customer service. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; support omni-channel processes; assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training; maintain seasonal sets and visual merchandising standards; ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store to help customers find what they need and shop with ease.
