Job Summary
Manager, Replenishment to forecast POS and inventory, manage shipments and orders with Walmart, analyze replenishment activity, and drive in-stock performance. Role is onsite at Hasbro HQ in Bentonville, AR, with responsibilities spanning POS forecasting, shipment planning, order management, inventory analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, Asia partners, and logistics.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
- 3 - 5 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, retail planning and/or sales
- Working knowledge of demand planning, allocation and forecasting tools
- Understanding of retail landscape and consumer insights
- Previous experience working with Walmart or other major retailer
- Knowledge of Walmart Retail link is a plus
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (Index matching, pivot tables, etc)
- Ability to multi-task and navigate through multiple sources of data
- Ability to forge strong relationships both internally and with account
- Strong verbal and written communication skills / presentation skills a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to travel on a quarterly basis to attend key account meetings
