Replenishment Manager FT

Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance in a full-time store role. Drive planogram execution (POG) and AD sets, manage shrink and safety programs, and act as Manager on Duty (MOD). Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team members; contribute to talent development. Provide exceptional customer service, help customers locate products, and support omni-channel processes. Role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to SOPs and company programs to maintain in-stock, well-merchandised stores. Prior retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred; ability to stand long periods and perform physical store duties is required. Located in Katy, TX with store-level responsibilities and opportunities to lead a team in a public retail environment.
