Job Summary
Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting for assigned clients, analyzing Retail Link and Scintilla data to evaluate supply and demand forecasts, SQEP, OTIF performance, and inventory risks. Develop fact-based recommendations to optimize instocks during launches and promotions, preparing materials for client meetings and documenting post-promotional learnings. Maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and retailer partners to communicate insights and best practices, while supporting the Insights team by managing internal tools, templates, and dashboards. Collaborate across accounts to provide analytical support for evolving business priorities and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, finance, information systems, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of experience in CPG as a Category Analyst, Insights Analyst, Replenishment Analyst, or similar analytics role
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to manage datasets and create clear presentations
- Ability to articulate insights concisely and translate data into meaningful implications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to balance primary account responsibilities while supporting changing priorities across a dynamic client portfolio
- Comfort learning new retailer platforms, client businesses, datasets, and reporting processes as opportunities arise
- Location: Bentonville, AR will observe a hybrid schedule 3 days in office
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10% as needed to present to clients
Desired Qualifications
- Strong curiosity and a desire to understand the 'why' behind the data
- Familiarity with retailer-specific replenishment and compliance data (e.g., Scintilla, Retail Link)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Interest in developing leadership skills and supporting knowledge-sharing among peers
