Replenishment Analyst - Ariat

Job Summary
Replenishment Analyst supporting the Murdoch’s-Ariat joint business to maximize Ariat product in-stock levels and optimize inventory turn. Forecasting will cover SKU-level demand for the joint business; responsibilities include inventory productivity at distribution centers and stores, replenishment level evaluations, KPI analysis, and ad-hoc reporting. Role requires travel to Ariat facilities and Murdoch’s stores, with hybrid work after an initial training period. Requires experience in forecasting/replenishment and a bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus); apparel/footwear background is a plus. | Core duties also include vendor collaboration, new item entrance/exits analysis, and cross-functional teamwork to align inventory with financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, business, statistics, related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4-5 years’ experience in forecasting / replenishment, supply chain analysis, demand planning, logistics or transportation (Retail environment preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
