Repertoire Data Administrator

Job Summary
Manage recording, rights, and music reporting data management services by ensuring member and licensee submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with PPL policies. Analyze repertoire and rights data using specialist applications such as Salesforce, Alliant, Birst, Tableau, and AWS to identify and resolve data issues while maintaining high quality assurance standards. Perform manual intervention to add, correct, and enrich prioritised UK and international repertoire and member data, providing clear responses to internal and external queries. Collaborate across Repertoire, Member Services, International, and Technology teams to improve data quality and support workflow management, process documentation, and team training activities.

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work confidently with large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Experience using multiple reporting tools or data applications, with the ability to identify the most effective reports for a given query
- Experience carrying out quality assurance on datasets and maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Able to learn new systems and tools quickly
- A passion for music and an interest in the music industry
