Job Summary
Coordinate daily fleet operations by supervising routes and schedules while managing high-volume phone and radio communications. Provide guidance to drivers and monitors, resolve delivery and pickup issues, and serve as the primary contact for major client inquiries. Document driver complaints, handle on-demand reservations, manage billing, and compile work hours for payroll. Contribute to general operational supervision and special projects. Requires fluent French, six months of dispatch experience, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Minimum 6 mois d'expérience en répartition
- Diplôme d'études secondaires complété
- Connaissances de base en radio/répartition
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler en contexte dynamique et à respecter des échéanciers
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques de base
