Job Summary
Respond to service calls by analyzing vehicle specifications, selecting appropriate drivers and equipment, and guiding crews on routes and safety constraints. Document all dispatches in systems to ensure full traceability while monitoring real-time vehicle positions, delays, and weather conditions. Communicate continuously with clients, drivers, and transport coordinators to manage priorities and adjust plans as needed. Contribute to process improvements by proposing solutions based on field experience. This role requires managing unexpected changes and maintaining high service standards.
