Job Summary
Manage incoming requests for spare parts and service jobs, providing accurate quotes and processing orders while coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with the Customer Care Stores team to arrange efficient parts dispatch and plan, schedule, and track all service jobs to meet deadlines. Navigate internal systems to maintain accurate records for ongoing jobs and customer interactions, proactively identifying supply or scheduling issues to keep projects on track. This role supports the Repairs and Renovations Manager within Willerby's commercial function, fostering strong collaboration across teams to streamline workflows.
