Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, refrigerators, and plumbing systems such as water supply and drainage. Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues like wiring and circuit breakers, replace faulty components, and address emergencies including tripped breakers or burst pipes. Perform routine maintenance on drains, water heaters, and grease traps while installing and conducting touch-ups in high-traffic areas. Educate kitchen staff on equipment safety and assist with tile layout and grout replacement. Valid drivers' license and passport required; apply by 13th March 2026.
Required Qualifications
- National Craft Certificate (NCC) in Electrical and/or Auto-Electrical Engineering
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- minimum of six (3) years of progressive experience
- Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults in kitchen equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Valid drivers' license
- passport
