Repairman - Weekend Shift (Onsite)

Job Summary
Repairman needed to perform precision repair of turbine engine components and accessories in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include drilling, fastener removal, blending, insert installation, and silicone repairs; interpret and follow work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality requirements; conduct self-inspections and peer inspections to verify safety and quality; support Safety, Quality, and Delivery objectives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and deliver high-quality products to customers. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, and an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant certificate; experience with precision measuring instruments and experience in aerospace/aviation maintenance is valued; proficiency with Lean Six Sigma, SAP, and Microsoft Office is a plus. This is a Weekend onsite role (Friday–Sunday).
