Job Summary
Repair and rebuild NOV oilfield equipment by performing assembly, disassembly, and component replacement while conducting pre-testing and final verification. Inspect components for wear, damage, and specification compliance, then adjust injector settings and troubleshoot operational failures on test power packs. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete all required documentation and inspection records. Domestic travel may be required, and candidates must follow all health, safety, and environmental policies. This role supports the Fort Worth facility's maintenance operations, with specific duties varying by technician level from supervised basic tasks to independent complex diagnostics and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, stand, and/or sit for 8 hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting ability
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication skills
- Domestic Travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with hydraulic systems and heavy equipment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
