Job Summary
Refurbish gaming equipment parts according to repair and reconditioning standards. Troubleshoot and repair PC boards, sub-assemblies, and related depot repair items using diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and technical manuals to identify failures and confirm repairs. Manage assigned work to complete tasks on time while maintaining accuracy. Training will be provided for depot-specific repair processes, tools, and systems. This role is located at the Nevada Repair Depot in Reno and offers an estimated starting compensation of $20/hr–$24/hr USD.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1–3 years of hands-on work experience in repair, production, assembly, product testing, technical support, or a related field.
- Basic PC skills and ability to use Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Ability to follow technical manuals, work instructions, and repair procedures.
- Willingness to learn depot repair processes, tools, and systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to complete repairs accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with teammates, internal customers, and support teams.
- Able to manage assigned work and complete tasks on time.
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate or associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Experience working with gaming equipment, electronic components, or repair depot processes.
- Soldering capability, including surface-mount and through-hole components.
- Experience using advanced electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or diagnostic fixtures.
- Experience with parts handling, inventory support, equipment handling, or repair support processes.
- Experience with SAP or similar business systems.
