Job Summary
Overhaul, align, troubleshoot, and repair test, measurement, and diagnostic instrumentation to component level in a calibration laboratory. Read schematics to analyze circuitry, interpret complex waveforms and electronic presentations, and utilize technical manuals to fix a wide range of equipment including pressure, temperature, electrical, RF, and fiber optic systems. Work in a self-directed manner, coordinating priorities with lab support and management while complying with company, customer, and governmental policies for record keeping. Shift is M-F 4:00PM-12:30AM.
Required Qualifications
- A wide variety of test and measurement instrumentation work experience

- Radio Frequency (RF)
- Microwave
- Physical Dimensional
- fiber Optic
- Associate degree from college or technical school
- 2-5 years of related field experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic mathematical skills including algebra, geometry, and statistics
- Familiarity with basic tools
- Proficiency with office computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Basic interpersonal skills to interact with customers
- A 'learning mentality': willingness to learn troubleshooting and repair a variety of items
Desired Qualifications
- Previous repair experience preferred
- Candidates with experience in PMEL, PME, TMDE, Metrology, Calibration, ASQ CCT, METCAL, GPETE, Electronics, GCAMS, or Avionics highly desired
