Job Summary
Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products for high-end clients. Read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals to build products to specifications using your own hand and power tools. Maintain your own transportation and comply with insurance, vehicle registrations, and state laws for all work sites. Background and drug screens are performed on all contractors, including helpers, with MVRs required for driving contractors. Settlements process weekly based on volume and contract work accepted.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the skills to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and instructions used in repairing equipment
- Must have your own transportation to and from site of repair
- Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Must comply with insurance, vehicle registrations
- DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs
- Must comply with your state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work
- Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Must have excellent communication skills
