Job Summary
Repair Technician Apprentice needed to learn and perform repair/refinish work on interior hard surfaces (bathtubs, sinks, countertops) across various settings, using Creativity and problem-solving skills. Duties include in-field repairs, visiting multiple jobsites daily after training, providing excellent customer service, keeping CRM/Dispatch notes, following a defined 5-step repair process, and developing color-matching and painting skills. Training includes online modules and hands-on mentorship; opportunities for advancement to Technician with a company vehicle after promotion; benefits include health care, paid time off, paid holidays, and tooling provided.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with a hands-on trade
- Personal hobbies could work too
- Candidates with painting experience preferred
- Color is a fundamental part of our work, and the ability to understand and manipulate color is crucial for success
- Candidates with auto body painting experience and/or HVLP Spray equipment will be given preference
