Repair Technician 2nd shift

Job Summary
Undertake all actions necessary to render units serviceable, including cleaning, testing, and performance evaluation of electronic and mechanical components. Perform set-up, calibration, and troubleshooting of circuits, instruments, and assemblies while operating programmable auto-testers, oscilloscopes, and special test fixtures. Recognize failures, determine verification needs, and record repair information and publication discrepancies. Participate in assigned meetings, workshops, and trainings to convey and gather job function information. Work the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 12:00 am) Monday through Friday in Memphis.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree, military training, equivalent vocational training, or equivalent experience
- 4 years of related experience
- Awareness of new technologies/techniques
- Detailed functional knowledge
- Advanced technical skills
- Awareness of Flex technologies/techniques
- Basic functional and/or process knowledge
- Basic competency related to function
- Technical skills
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
- Close vision

- Depth perception
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for 3:00 pm - 12:00 am shifts on M, T, W, Th, F
