REPAIR TECH TIER I- Safety Sensitive

Repair merchandise up to company standards, including recliners, couches, tables, lamps, beds, and dressers, while adhering to all safety guidelines. Tag merchandise properly and receive damaged items using proper scan gun procedures to ensure accurate inventory. Assemble furniture and manage merchandise placement on the floor while maintaining a clean workspace and "As Is" area. Assist other departments in the warehouse and perform other duties as directed by management. This role involves heavy lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and requires physical stamina for stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motion. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, basic computer knowledge to operate Storis, and a positive attitude when working with customers.
