Job Summary
Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option. Perform ski and snowboard tuning including sharpening, waxing, mounting, and drilling. Maintain accurate pricing, ensure promotions are up to date, and keep the workshop clean and operating safely. Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures while monitoring inventory and staying on top of industry trends. Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed. Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced technicians will build your skills and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ski or snowboard background
- Love for the sport
- Self-motivated
- Able to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable with POS systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
