Job Summary
Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option. Perform ski and snowboard tuning including sharpening, waxing, mounting, and drilling. Maintain accurate pricing, ensure promotions are current, and keep the workshop clean and safe. Monitor inventory and stay updated on industry trends. Build trust with guests through accurate information and excellent service while supporting teammates with other duties as needed. Hands-on training and mentorship are provided for all candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ski or snowboard background
- Love for the sport
- Self-motivated
- Able to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Comfortable with POS systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
