Repair Supervisor - Commission + Free Ski Pass

Manage the Repair Department, its inventory, staff, and operational functions to achieve maximum profitability while maintaining best-in-class guest service. Generate sales by providing top-tier equipment tuning and repair, supervise staff, and ensure proper training in repair, product knowledge, and safe working environments. Demonstrate expertise in ski and snowboard tuning techniques, binding installations, and machinery operation while protecting company assets through loss prevention. Maintain all paperwork according to policies and communicate company values to employees. This role requires a strong ski background, minimum two years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
