Maintain store KPIs, use X-Store and Power BI for transactions and reporting, complete Quest training, manage stock, follow cash handling, safety, and environmental policies, and act as a brand ambassador while keeping the Repair Studio organized. Reports to Store Manager and supports merchandising, promotions, and customer communications.
