Job Summary
As a Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will repair vehicle glass, manage work orders and customer communications using handheld technology, and maintain high-quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves hands-on training in glass repair, operating company and customer vehicles, and handling tools and chemicals safely. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in various weather conditions are essential. You must be able to lift weights between 25 lbs to 50 lbs and be flexible with work schedules to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- On-the-job training/completion of Safelite SafeTech certification
