Job Summary
Repair Specialist at Safelite utilizes industry-leading technology to repair vehicle glass, learning the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance, repairing chips and cracks, managing work orders and customer communication via the Safelite MRMs, promoting Safelite items, and performing housekeeping tasks in vehicles and shops. The role involves driving duties with safety and policy compliance, training with SafeTech certification, and providing outstanding customer service while aiming for high-quality workmanship. Compensation includes a weekly base pay up to $21.75/hour, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent (Preferred)
- Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle
- On-the-job training/completion of Safelite SafeTech certification
- Ability to operate tools and chemicals safely
- Ability to read, write and interpret English; communicate effectively
- Willingness to work scheduled days with flexible start/end times
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; climb in/out of vehicles; travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
