Job Summary
As a certified Safelite Repair Specialist I, you will repair vehicle glass (chips/cracks) using Safelite technology, learn the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance, manage work orders and customer documentation via the Mobile Resource Management system, promote Safelite promo items, and maintain safety and quality standards while interacting with customers. The role includes operating company vehicles and tools, performing housekeeping duties in vehicles and shop, and complying with policies. Competitive weekly pay starts at $17.75/hour with benefits, tuition assistance, paid training, and flexible PTO offerings. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; SafeTech certification and the ability to work in varying conditions are also required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle
- On-the-job training/completion of Safelite SafeTech certification – Required
