Job Summary
Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles using industry-leading technology while learning the Safelite Way of Fitting under experienced guidance. Manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication through the Safelite handheld Mobile Resource Management (MRM) technology. Promote promotional items to customers and clean vehicles during wait times. Safely operate company and customer vehicles, tools, and chemicals while performing housekeeping tasks. Comply with all policies and standards. This role requires a valid driver's license, on-the-job training, and Safelite SafeTech certification. Weekly base pay up to $22.75/hour with a benefits package valued at more than $10k, including 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.
